Summary: Everything was great friendly staff and housekeeping was ok, wish they could've spoke English or even understand english but other then that overall it was super, until July 4th late evening. Not sure what policy the hotel has as far as noise, and I understand that it was July 4th and celebrations every where, which isn't an issue, we had some noisy rambunctious neighbors with kids screaming and hollering. I know they're young kids but when you cannot hear the tv over the screaming kids also jumping and what not it is a bit much, I believe it was around 10-10:30 when they finally quieted down. Then about 11 pm or so they started to get loud again and (shhhshing) doesn't exactly work. I understand that it's a hotel band ot can get a bit noisy but with neighbors with kids especially young kids the neighbors and parents should have a little considering of the time of night and othet guests trying to get sleep for an early morning checkout. That is my only complaint overall our 10 day stay was awesome! Thank you Ps. Before I forget might want to have maintenance check the seal of the toilet and the ac unit started leaking water the night before we checked out. The floor near the ac unit was soaked. Not sure if the ac unit was getting ready to stop working.

Summary: Front staff was rude. There were no check ins allowed for anyone before 3:00 because rooms weren't ready, then suddenly at 3:00, all the rooms were ready. Breakfast bar had almost nothing. I stayed in Artesia at LaQuinta and it was great, but this location is awful!

Summary: Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Property is dated and shows signs of wear but staff strive to keep clean and maintained. Lots of dining choices nearby. We would stay again if in area.

Summary: I’m very disappointed due to the elevators not working and I had my handicap mom with me. My mom had a difficult time going up the stairs and the front staff did nothing to help.

Summary: Arrived in Hobbs to experience snow flurries and high winds. My pup and I were welcomed by the friendliest young lady. Throughout my stay not one person walked by us without a friendly word. Will make a trip back.
